Raymond Ortiz
Mr. Raymond Ortiz has a BS in Electrical Engineering with a Masters in Engineering Management
Certified on Service Management ITILF and Service Operations, Project Management PMP, Cloud Computing, and Six Sigma Green Belt and LEAN Sigma. Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation ICF.
Selected as one of the Caribbean Business’ “People to Watch” and his most recent projects have been selected as Industry Case Studies.
Mr. Ortiz has been actively involved with the ITIL® – itSMF PR LIG board, occupying different leadership roles (professional association that represents IT Best Practices through ITIL®) and holds the first priSM PSMCM Professional Credential in PR.
Raymond Ortiz was the Chief Information Officer CIO of MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC, since April 2013, and the President of the COSVI Asset Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Cooperativa de Seguros de Vida de PR, from 2008 to 2013. His prior responsibilities reflect outstanding career growth and progress through various businesses including Technology and Operations Management for Insurance (Universal Group, COSVI), Manufacturing (Westinghouse) and Commercial companies.
(Procter & Gamble, ICI Paints) as well as multi-functional responsibilities. He is recognized for transforming IT organizations by implementing new Governance models, a new Leadership vision and developing highly motivated professionals.
Raymond is characterized for taking organizations to exceed business goals, reduce budget spending (savings & cost avoidance), & delivering superior services, without deviating his business units of completing key initiatives like the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Processes, doing Process Automation, improving Infrastructure reliability (redundancy & high availability), achieving System Standardization thru Virtualization, and meeting compliance requirements, closing 100% of audit findings and getting his team members recognized with Corporate HEROE Awards. He designed and implemented the first Cloud Computing Center in Puerto Rico, focus on services for Credit Unions, Cooperatives and Small businesses, from concept to construction, defining the Service’s offering complete with its Pricing Structure, Sales Strategy and Marketing Plan, and led transition of major federal initiatives like ICD09 to ICD10 migration and Encounter Data Submission implementation for MCS Health business.

Mr. Diego Lázaro has a BS in Software Engineering
As an Project Manager PMP PMI certified, Discipline Agile Scrum Master DASM PMI Certified, Cloud Computing, and Six Sigma Green Belt and LEAN Sigma, he consistently delivers, on time and within budget, projects that meet or exceed stakeholders' expectations. He understands that leadership is key to good project management but uses sound methodology and project tracking tools to make sure that products are delivered as expected. He anticipates and head off problems that can jeopardize deadlines, budgets and user acceptance regardless the business area involved. Very organized and interacts / influences a variety of stakeholders including his project team and project sponsors. Since many project team members don't report directly to him, Diego finds ways to motivate workers over whom he has no direct influence and who can make or break a project.
As an IT Business Analyst, he quickly builds trust with the stakeholders, gather information efficiently and recommend solutions effectively and on a persuasive way. That is because he can look at a process and quickly understands it and discern how it can be improved, and translate business goals into specific objectives, and specific objectives into detailed needs to then communicate those to the team. Works effectively with the teams in all the projects within his career.
Co-founded the successful “woOw Descuentos Urbanos” in Uruguay when he was 19 years old, as he joined the startup team of two young entrepreneurs. Company is now generating over $13mm per year in net profits alone.
AIESEC alumni and 3 years volunteer. A non-for-profit organization that provides young people with self-driven, practical, global experiences at their university years or recently graduated. Worked as an information technology professional providing IT and facilities services to all areas of the organization. After the first year he became the leader of the IT area getting regional management and organizational responsibilities. Lead the Committee responsible of the “Learning Weekend” Program for Uruguay which consisted of organizing and run an AIESEC Induction weekend, including putting together program, finding sponsors, coordinating activities, etc. Team succeeded with an extremely cost-effective event!
